Only users with active courses, which are courses that were not completed or expired, on our previous website were those who had an account created for them in our new system.

In order to access receipts, CEU certificates, and PDFs for courses completed on our legacy website, you will need to create an account on our new site. From there you will go to "My Dashboard" > Legacy System Login (at the top of the page). This will take you to our previous website.

Here are instructions for how to register for a new user account:

1. First, go to the website: EmpowerEd Homepage

2. On the Homepage click on Sign In located at the top right hand side of the screen

3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Create an Account

4. Enter the following information:
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address
  • Password - must be at least 8 characters long, contain both uppercase and lowercase letters, and include at least one number and one special character
  • License State, Designation, and Number [if applicable]
  • Click Sign Up

5. You will receive a Welcome email from NASW-CA EmpowerEd Program 

6. Click the Sign In URL in the email to be redirected to our website
