The NASW-CA EmpowerED Program does not offer an audio feature to convert written information. There are, however, many free and available online text-to-speech apps and browser extensions that can assist you with converting text content to audio. One example is Read Aloud for Chrome which is "intended for users who prefer to listen to content instead of reading, those with dyslexia or other learning disabilities, and children learning to read."
You will also note that on the details page for each course in the NASW-CA EmpowerED Program library, the course format is described (text-based, mixed-media 1—incorporating short, video clips, mixed-media 2—incorporating recorded video from live presentations). Additionally, the course description describes what the course content incorporates, such as online content, case vignettes, reader exercises, video clips, webinar recording, and so forth.
The other option is to visit the NASW National Office’s “Social Work CE Institute,” a separate online program that offers recorded live presentations and webinars at a discounted fee for members: https://naswinstitute.inreachce.com/
