Here are are instructions for how to edit your user profile:

  1. First, go to the website: EmpowerEd Program
  2. Once logged in, click on your name in the top right hand corner of the screen
  3. Click My Account 
  4. Fill out all of the required boxes to add or make changes to your Profile
  5. Click Save Changes. All changes will be reflected on future Certificates of Completion.
Note: If you need to edit your information on a previously issued Certificate of Completion, please contact customer service at support@naswca.org.
